: From its

process
.

artists
,
architects
and
designers
responded
to a
national
invitational
sponsored
by the
National
Endowment

Arts
and the
Contemporary
Arts
Center
. A
selection
committee
reviewed
the
entries
and
reduced
the
field
to
six
finalists

were
invited
to
Cincinnati
to
visit
the
site
and
conduct
the
necessary

, then were

up
a

committee
studied
these
six
entries
and
interviewed
each
artist
. Their
