Built 1976. Project Description: One of the finest city parks of its kind, Miller Park features a fountain wall and reflection pool and earth berms around its perimeter to reduce noise. There are also benches and seating areas for rest and relaxation. A city block size publicly-owned park features a fountain and reflection pool, benches and landscape design which provide a serene setting for passive enjoyment. Miller Park, the first downtown park, was developed by the city of Chattanooga at a project cost of $2.75 million from public and private sources.
