Notes	Built 1990. Project Description: In a major promenade along St. Paul's waterfront, the artist created a circular fountain sculpture with finely crafted bronze figures that relate to the history of Saint Paul. A passageway through the water feature lines up on the same axis with the State Capitol. An arbor, not of the artist's creation, borders the riverside of the project. This project was a collaboration of artist Cliff Garten and landscape architects Jody Martinez and Tim Agness. The original plan for this site included a trellis structure different from the one installed. The artist also created reliefs in the barrier stanchions located along the river promenade.
