How are Nebraskans impacted by America's economic problems? What can we expect from Nebraska's economy in 2009? These questions are addressed in 'Nebraska's Economy,' an NET Television News and Public Affairs project. The program compares Nebraska's economy with problems nationally, puts a face on the challenges Nebraskans are experiencing, and looks ahead at what we can expect in the next year. The program features the perspectives of several Nebraska economists: John Anderson, University of Nebraska-Lincoln professor of economics; Ernie Goss, Creighton University economist; and Eric Thompson, director of the Bureau of Business Research at University of Nebraska-Lincoln. NET Television Senior Producer/Reporter Mike Tobias hosts the discussion.
