Notes	Located at Southern Connecticut State University, adjacent to science buildings, New Haven, CT. Project Description: This cast-bronze work consists of a row of classical columns, two spheres and an incline plane. It echoes the architecture of the old and new science buildings located nearby. Project History: This project was commissioned through the Connecticut Commission on the Arts. It was selected by a panel of art professionals with the advice of a local committee representing the campus. 'The work,' says the sculptor, 'is intended in part to create an intensified sense of perspective and classicism'. 'This means,' he says, that 'the old and new science buildings on campus, when viewed through the work, are incorporated and blended in diminishing space. Project cost: $90,747.
