Notes	Located Madison Federal Courthouse, on the ceiling of the portico, 120 North Henry Street, Madison, WI. Sponsor/Developer: General Services Administration, Washington, D.C., Art in Architecture Program. Project Description: A half-circle of neon completes the circle with its reflection in a window. A chandelier hangs from the ceiling of the main entry lighting this space. The artist has called this artwork 'Two Red Cold Cathodes'. The site is on a corner used by many pedestrians to gain access to a nearby performing arts center. Project History: This sculpture is part of an on-going national project of the Art in Architecture Program of the General Services Administration to include artwork with new buildings. An NEA panel of arts professionals recommended artist Chris Sproat for this site.
